A yoga practitoner since she was 7 years old, Caroline teaches Forrest Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Deep Flow Yoga.  She is also the innovator of Cranio Yoga in Boston: the artful synthesis of restorative yin yoga and Craniosacral Therapy. 

Private Yoga Classes

Private classes available in Caroline's office suite in Copley Square.  First sessions include a detailed email follow-up to help get you on (or back on) the yogic path.  Fee information for one-on-one sessions can be found on the bodywork page of this website. 


Weekly Class Schedule at Sadhana in Boston's South End

Mondays: Forrest Yoga @ 5:30-7 pm, all levels (Forrest Yoga is a rejuvenating, vigorous practice that cultivates deep core strength, flexibility and freedom.  Appropriate for all levels of experience, Forrest Yoga uses deep breath, attentiveness and asana to detoxify and enliven the body and spirit.)

Fridays: Forrest Yoga @ 5:30-7 pm, all levels (The vibe is sweet and chill...practice the Forrest Yoga poses you know and love with a mindfulness towards unwinding, having fun, letting go of the work week and preparing for a joyful and relaxing weekend.)

Cranio Yoga THIS CLASS IS ON PAUSE(Cranio Yoga is a luscious, restorative practice designed to rebalance the central nervous system and help heal the body from pain and injury.  Meditative and deeply relaxing.
